I eat the same thing every morning for breakfast: half a cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and honey and one banana.
I’ve been doing this for one week.
If there’s cake or pie leftover from the night before, I substitute that for the oatmeal, but I still have the banana. I always begin cutting myself a smaller piece thinking I’ll undoubtedly want seconds. Then I rearrange my knife on the frosting and cut a larger piece, thinking this way I won’t need to have seconds. Then I eat my large piece. Then I have seconds.
